why is there no message after I received an email notification for it?
our system may occasionally send delayed email notices due to large volumes of activity. consequently, you may have already opened your “new” mail, and the notice was delivered after opening the message.
if the above is not applicable, it could also be due to:
- the specific member sending you a message has deleted their account; or
- the specific member sending you a message has been suspended for violating our terms and conditions.
tip: your Soulflirt mailbox stores mail for 180 days, after which any messages are automatically deleted. |
