what happens to my credits if I delete my account?

please request account deletion via contact us at the bottom of your Soulflirt profile page. your account will be suspended within 3 working days.

however, if you deactivate your account instead of deleting it entirely, your remaining credits will be held for a period of 12 months and can be reinstated by contacting customer service, providing the account has not been inactive (i.e., no logins have occurred) during that time. accounts inactive for 12 months are deleted automatically for data security purposes, and cannot be reactivated.
