i made a payment, why can’t I see my credits?

there are a few reasons why your payment may not have been applied or why you can’t see your credits in your account. they include:

• the payment was declined or failed;
• your payment is under review by paypal for security reasons, credits will be added to your account once approved;
• you paid with a paypal echeck, which can take up to seven (7) business days to clear (and occasionally even longer).
